Training aid, not an authorization to test
Sequencing and criteria here follow the USC Foundation field test procedures, 10th edition — the procedures Washington points to in WAC 246-290-490(7)(d) and the ones North Idaho purveyors generally accept. Field testing still requires a certified tester, a calibrated kit, and the purveyor's own report form. Where your jurisdiction or the manufacturer says something different, they win.
