Once you book, we notify your water district that a certified test is scheduled — that’s the main thing that keeps a shutoff from happening. Water districts mainly need to see a test on the way; then we complete the test and help get the passing report on file so you stay marked compliant. Book early enough that the visit happens before any hard deadline on your letter. We start testing in 2027 — if your letter is due before we open, you will need another certified tester this year.

You don’t pick a day. Once you book, you’re on our schedule — we plan each day’s route to reach as many homes as we can. We text you the day before and again about an hour before we arrive. You don’t need to be home: the test takes about 20 minutes, the device is outside, and it doesn’t shut off your house water. We text you the result when we’re done.

One standard residential backflow assembly (first zone) at a single address in our core service area — $60 if you book by Feb 28, 2027, $75 after. Includes on-site results and a same-day digital certificate. No rush fees. Each extra zone is $35 ($29.75 on Yearly Autopilot). We help with filing so your water purveyor marks you compliant.

Yearly Autopilot is our recurring plan: 15% off the whole bill every year — $63.75 for the first assembly instead of $75, and $29.75 per additional zone instead of $35. If you enroll by Feb 28, 2027, your first test gets whichever is lower, the early-bird price or 15% off — discounts don’t stack — and every year after is 15% off. We reach out each year before your notice is due and email you two weeks before each yearly charge. Cancel anytime.
