For commercial property

Commercial backflow testing on contract

Restaurants, medical and dental offices, churches, schools, strip malls, fire lines. Every assembly on your site tested, filed, and renewed every year without a reminder from the district.

  • Certified in WA and ID
  • One invoice
  • District reports filed
  • Scheduled days

A commercial site usually has several assemblies, each a different type: a reduced-pressure device on the domestic line, a double check on the fire sprinkler line, a vacuum breaker on the irrigation. The water district expects each one tested every year by a certified tester and reported on its form, and a missed one is a compliance letter addressed to the business.

We test every assembly on the site in one visit, file each report with the right district, and put the site on an annual contract so it renews on its own. Your facilities contact gets one report per year and a certificate for each device.

What commercial property get from us

  • Every assembly type

RP, DC, PVB, SVB and detector assemblies on fire lines. Testers certified in Washington and Idaho, calibrated gauges, results on site.

  • Filed, not just tested

Each district has its own report format. We file in theirs, in the month of the test, and keep the copy for your records and your insurer.

  • Annual contract, no reminders needed

Sites renew on the anniversary. You hear from us before the test, not from the district after a deadline.

  • Minimal disruption

Only the line being tested is isolated for a few minutes, and we schedule around service hours. Fire-line tests are coordinated so the system is never left impaired.

How it works

  1. 1

    Tell us about the site

Address, type of business, and roughly how many assemblies, if you know. If you don’t, we’ll find them.

  2. 2

    Site quote

A per-assembly quote for the site, with any indoor or fire-line work called out, usually within a few business days.

  3. 3

    One visit, every device

We test all assemblies in one visit, during hours you choose, and leave a result for each.

  4. 4

    Filed and on contract

Reports go to the district; certificates and the annual contract go to you. Next year we come back without being asked.

How commercial pricing works

Commercial assemblies are quoted per device, by type and location. Several assemblies on one site are priced as one visit, which is why a full site is cheaper per device than one device alone.

Multi-site businesses (a restaurant group, a clinic network, a church with several campuses) get one agreement and one invoice across all of them.

Single homes book online at $60 early-bird on the homeowner page.

FAQ

Questions from commercial property

Straight answers on agreements, scheduling, filing, and what happens when something fails.

Yes, double check and detector assemblies on fire lines. We coordinate the test so the fire system is never left impaired, and we note the test on the report your fire marshal or insurer may ask for.

For commercial sites, usually yes: mechanical-room assemblies are normal commercial work. Tell us where they are and we’ll confirm when we quote.

Indoor and fire-line assemblies under pressure can be tested year round. Irrigation assemblies need the system charged, so those wait for the season.

You get the readings and what failed on site. We refer repairs to a partner plumber, or work with your own, and retest once it’s fixed so the district gets a pass.
